Nate Krugman - Executive Director

Nate and his family reside in Maineville, Ohio. He and his wife, Sarah, have enjoyed 16 wonderful years of marriage and are blessed with three children: Harper, Harrison, and Haddie. Nate is passionate about helping others discover their unique missions in life, and he derives great joy from spending quality time with his family and embarking on meaningful adventures. Nateʼs passion lies in empowering individuals to embrace life's challenges head-on, helping them discover their unique strengths, purpose, and joy along the way. As a cancer survivor turned thriver, Nate is deeply committed to supporting those affected by cancer. Notably, Nate kayaked 470 miles along the Ohio River, raising awareness and honoring his father who passed away from cancer. He also cycled 3,000 miles from California to Florida to help alleviate the financial burden faced by families at Cincinnati Children's Hospital struggling with cancer-related bills. Nate walked 337 miles from Cleveland to Cincinnati to raise awareness and funds for EXO Ignite Discovery, a program within EXO Clarity that provides free restoration and adventure therapy retreats for groups battling burnout. Through his experiences, Nate has witnessed the transformative power of self-discovery, healing, and growth that comes from adventure. He is dedicated to encouraging and supporting others in unlocking the incredible adventures that await them. He has a robust professional background with significant experience in nonprofit and sales management. He served as the Campaign Development Manager, for Athletic Initiatives and Visionaries of the Year at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Director of Business Development at CancerFree KIDS. Nate has extensive sales management experience from his roles at Marriott Hotels, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, and Newport Aquarium. He is an alumnus of Miami University.
